ISAE-SupaVélo: terms and conditions for borrowing electric bikes

You can now borrow one of the 4 electrically-assisted bicycles available on campus
for your business trips.
If you haven’t yet heard about this initiative or attended one of our inaugurations,
we invite you to discover it in one of our 2 detailed articles on the subject: electrically-assisted bicycles (EABs) and folding electric bicycles.
As a reminder, 4 bikes are at your disposal, including :

• 3 white EABs for local use
• 1 black folding electric bike for local and combined trips

Before your trip

To use them, you need to make a classic reservation request PAM - Demande de transport - Vélo électrique and then select the bike you want (VAE or foldable electric bike).

Once you have sent your request, and if it has been validated, you will receive a confirmation e-mail
will be sent to you.

On the day of your trip:

Bikes are collected from the reception building inside the Institute.
You will need to go to the reception desk, which manages the bikes and is notified by e-mail of your
reservation. You can then collect:

• the lock key
• a smartphone holder
  Before you leave, check the technical data sheet located in front of the bike parking area.
  check the bike’s charge level.

During your trip :

You are responsible for your bike during the trip. So remember to secure it and lock it with the

Returning the bike to ISAE-SUPAERO :

At the end of your trip, the borrowed bike must be returned to the reception building, securely

returned to reception. Please respect the requested reservation times (pick-up and drop-off)
to ensure that bikes are available for all staff. In the event of delays
unforeseen circumstances or a problem with the bike, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail logistique@isae.fr
And last but not least, don’t hesitate to share your experiences with the bikes and to make more
reservations to help you get around gently and actively on a daily basis.
