Change your lost password

Prerequisites
This procedure requires that you have previously entered in cosinus:

• a personal email address (not your ISAE email address), which will be used to obtain a reset link
• a secret question and an answer to the secret question to make sure there is no identity theft
  Principle
  This procedure will allow you to change your ISAE password in case you have forgotten it.
• Access the password reset page via iCampus
• You fill in the form that is offered to you
• You receive an email allowing you to access a password change page
  Detailed steps
• Navigate to iCampus: https://iris.isae-supaero.fr/
• Click on the login icon or button
• On the login page (CAS), click on the “forgot password” link
• A reset request window appears:
  • Enter your ISAE ID
  • Click on “I am not a robot” and follow the instructions (captcha)
  • Click on “Send”.
• You will receive an email to reset your password at the personal email address you have indicated in Cosinus. Click on the link contained in this email.
• A reset window appears:
  • Enter the requested information and click on “Save”.

Your password has been changed!
